Q1: How do Non- Cardholders / Travelers visit Madera Yoga?
Non-Cardholders (such as travelers or those who have already received their complementary trial) are welcome to visit our yoga center with the following drop-in day-rates for any class (subject to availability):
HK$280 per class
For enquiries, please contact the respective Madera Yoga.
* Cardholders include all active Madera Yoga contract holders. Cardholder benefits do not extend to drop-in visitors and expired contract holders.
Q2: How do I suspend my Agreement?
- You may suspend your Agreement for a maximum of twelve (12) months if you are pregnant, or for a maximum of three (3) months in a calendar year for any other reason. The minimum suspension period is one (1) month. You are allowed to suspend your Agreement twice within a calendar year.
- All non-pregnancy or non-medical suspensions will be charged HK$239 per month.
- If you have a Monthly Committed or Prepaid Package, the package and the package expiry date will be extended by the number of month(s) suspended.
- No backdated suspensions are allowed.
Q3: Can I bring my cell phone into the yoga class?
Please leave your cell phone and other electronic devices in a locker, which is free for charge. We’d like to encourage you to unplug so you can UNPLUG. We understand that some industries require you to be on call and it’s out of your control. If so, we ask that you let the teacher know, set your phone to silent and place your mat by the door for a respectful exit.
Q4: Do I need to bring a Yoga Mat for classes?
No. Yoga Mat, Yoga Block etc., most props will be provided by Madera Yoga
Q5: Will classes be held if a Typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or if a black rain warning is in effect?
If Typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or black rain warning is in effect, all bookings will be automatically cancelled.
Q6: Do I have to sign up for classes?
Yes, we recommend signing up for classes. While we welcome walk-ins, only signing up will guarantee a spot in the class because classes have a limited number of spots available. You can sign up for classes by using the Madera Yoga App or on the Schedule page on our website.
Q1: What are the opening hours of Madera Yoga?
The Centre opening hour: Monday to Friday 12:30 p.m. to 09:30 p.m. &
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Q2: What are the WhatsApp / Hotline Booking Guidelines?
Class reservations can be made 14 days in advance.
A minimum of 3 people are required per class, the class will be cancelled if it does not meet the minimum sign-up. Attendees will be notified in the opening hours of 1 day before the course starts in advance.
Cancellation of any classes has to be made at least in the opening hours of 1 day before the course starts. Late cancellation will not be accepted and the session fee will be deducted from the package.
Q3: What is the cost of a monthly rental locker?
$280.
Q4: Do you have Aerial Yoga for beginners?
Yes.
However, if it is your first time trying yoga or a new exercise routine we recommend that you start with our Foundation & Gentle Mat class. These classes are the foundation of The Centre and will also help you adjust to practicing yoga in a room temperature environment. After you have a basic knowledge of yoga practices, we recommend that you try the Aerial Basic & Aerial Therapy class to learn the basic techniques of Aerial Yoga.
