Host by a certified children yoga instructor, the one hour yoga journey helps to improve kids’ gross-motor muscle development. By interacting with different kinds of yoga posture, the parent-child relationship could also be elevated.
Time: Every Sunday 11:30am-12:30pm (60 mins)
Age: 3-9 years old
Fee: HK$388/ lesson (including one adult and one kid)
Hereafter an extra HK$150 for an addition adult; extra HK$100 for an addition kid
Capacity: 8 persons per lesson
