Family Yoga

Hosted by a certified children yoga instructor and suit for children ranged from 3 to 9 years old, the one-hour yoga journey helps to improve kids’ gross-motor muscle development. By interacting with different kinds of yoga postures, the parent-child relationship could also be elevated.
